• January - May (except Easter week)

  • $150/night

• Easter week: $200/night; minimun stay of 5 nights

• June (minimum stay 3 nights):

  • $160/night

• July

  • July 1- 7: $170/night, minimun stay 4 nights

  • July 8 - 22: $170/night, minimun stay 3 nights

• • July 23-28: $170/night, minimum stay of 4 nights

• August - December

  •  $150/night 

 

 

Aditional Charges:

    - $75 Cleaning Fee

   - $350 additional protection fee, refundable

 

 

Payments:

  - Deposit of $350 at the moment of reservation (or 50% of the total reservation costs)

  - Full Payment of balance is required 10 days prior to check-in date.
